H2 Visa
The H2 Visa is a non-immigrant visa that permits foreign nationals to receive ample training in some United States-based companies to enter the United States of America. However, applicants should not come to the country for medical training or graduate programs. Moreover, the training should not be available in the native country of the trainee.
How to Qualify for H3 Visa?
Suppose you wish to qualify for the H3 Visa. In that case, you should come to the United States to receive training in specialized areas like government, agriculture, commerce, professional services, finance, and some industrial establishments. You are expected to prove the following:
- You will not receive graduate training or medical education in the United States
- You do not have access to opportunity for receiving similar training in the native country
- You require training for the advancement of your career outside the United States of America
- You will not be employed productively until you can get access to the desired training
- The training that is offered does not employ citizens of the United States or its resident workers
Privileges with H3 Visa
When you have possession of an H3 Visa, you are capable of:
- Entering the United States of America while getting relevant training in some professional capacity for a short period
- Travelling in & out of the United States or being in the country continuously throughout the tenure of the H3 Visa
- Bringing the dependent spouse and unmarried children under the age of 21 years
Validity of H3 Visa
When you have possession of an H3 Visa, you are capable of:
- A trainee –for up to 2 years
- Participant in some education training program –for up to 18 months
Applying for the H3 Visa
If you wish to apply for the H3 Visa, the United States employer should submit the I-29 form to the regional centre for USCIS.
